1. I’m a new student, how can I access my account?

Check your email account. You should receive a welcome email.

This should be the email address that you used to sign up for School of Thought’s classes. 

If you cannot remember which email you used to sign up with, ask for your teacher’s help.


2. I have forgotten my password, how can I access my account?

Go to https://online.school-of-thought.com.

Click on “Forget Password” and follow the instructions.

Input email address.

Click submit.


3. How can I update my account settings (profile, password and notifications)?

Login to https://online.school-of-thought.com.

Click on "Your Account" in the top-right header to access your account settings.

On left menu, select the settings you want to update. Input your changes and click "Save Changes".


4. How do I engage in class discussions?

Login to https://online.school-of-thought.com.

On the top-right header, click on “Your class” to access your class discussion board.

You can add posts, add comments and follow topics. Do take note of the house rules shared on the top of the discussion board. 


5. I am having trouble viewing videos, what should I do?

Clear cache and restart the browser. Check if you’re using the newest version of the browser.

Try a different browser (we like Google Chrome).

Try an Incognito or Private Window (this will rule out an issue with browser extensions).

Restart the device or try a different device.

Check your internet connection.
